The harvesting and roasting process

Each bean is hand-harvested at its peak ripeness and then carefully dried before undergoing an artisanal roasting process. This step is essential, as proper roasting brings out the sweet, fruity, or chocolatey notes that characterize our coffee.

How to Prepare the Perfect Cup

It’s not enough to have good coffee; preparation is key. Here are some tips to help you enjoy your coffee to the fullest:

  1. Choose the appropriate grind according to your brewing method (fine for espresso, medium for filter coffee, coarse for a French press).
  2. Use quality water at the ideal temperature (between 90-96°C).
  3. Measure the proportions carefully: use 10-12 g of coffee for every 180 ml of water.
