General Return Conditions

You may request a return if:

  • The request is made within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  • The item was not part of a final sale or clearance promotion.
  • You provide proof of purchase or an order number.
How to Request a Return

To start the process:

  2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging (multiple angles preferred).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our end.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
